Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Flipkart Ads Executive to join our advertising team. The role focuses on seller interaction, pitching Flipkart Ads services, and supporting campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to ecommerce sellers for Flipkart Ads
• Pitch ad solutions and explain campaign benefits and ROI
• Follow up on leads, maintain sales trackers, and update CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup and reporting
• Assist in onboarding sellers and troubleshooting ad-related issues
• Stay informed about Flipkart Ads updates and policies
• Maintain high-quality communication and customer service standards

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and daily targets
• Knowledge of Flipkart or ecommerce advertising is a plus
• Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets
• Enthusiastic learner and team player
