Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming leads from PPC & Meta campaigns, selling international flight tickets and travel packages, utilizing GDS systems (Amadeus) for reservations and bookings, meeting sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international travel sales, particularly in the US/UK markets. Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus) would be advantageous. Additionally, strong sales and negotiation skills are essential, and the ability to work comfortably in international shifts aligning with US/UK hours is required.
