Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers by serving meals, drinks, and ensuring their overall well-being throughout the flight.
  
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights by performing pre-flight checks, emergency procedures, and providing medical assistance when needed.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment by restocking amenities, managing trash disposal, and adhering to airline standards for hygiene and sanitation.
  
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operation of aircraft systems such as communication equipment, navigation devices, and entertainment systems.
  
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on new policies, procedures, and industry developments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience as a Flight Attendant or related role (e.g., Air Hostess).
  
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
  
• Excellent guest handling skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
  
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) occasionally.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
