Flexcube Technical Lead - Vice President

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at the company, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your primary objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions, identify necessary system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements - Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Gather business requirements from Lending business, rationalize and prioritize requirements, propose functional and technical solutions, and get approvals from various stakeholders - Work with product vendors to deliver enhancements, deploy vendor delivery with the help of Citi platform management and DevOps teams, test the delivery with quality team and business operations, and deploy enhancements in production Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Good functional knowledge of Oracle Flexcube product, understanding of configuration and data stores - Ability to provide functional and technical solutions for Loans business requirements and analyze processing issues Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience required - Masters degree preferred Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the types of work performed.
