Flexcube Technical Lead - Vice President

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at Citi, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your key responsibilities include: - Partnering with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions, identify necessary system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements - Resolving high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards - Providing expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint - Gathering business requirements, rationalizing and prioritizing them, proposing functional and technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders for approval - Working with product vendors to deliver enhancements, deploying vendor delivery with the help of Citi platform management and DevOps teams, and testing the delivery with quality team and business operations - Deploying enhancements in production and managing sustainability Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication - Good functional knowledge of Oracle Flexcube product, understanding of overall capabilities, customer, and ledger configuration - Good knowledge of Flexcube Loans module configuration, contract processing, technical design, and data stores - Ability to provide functional and technical solutions for Loans business requirements and analyze processing issues Education required: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
