Fleet Manager

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a B. Com. / M. Com/ Any Graduate degree along with a strong knowledge of computer operations, particularly in Excel and ERP systems. With 3 to 10 years of experience in Fleet, Operation, Branch Handling, and Traffic functions within the Transport / Logistics industry, having experience in Transport Office is essential. Your responsibilities will include Vehicles Administration, Monthly Costing analysis, Maintenance Planning, RTO Passing, Road Tax, and All India Permit management. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining Vehicles Insurance Records, overseeing insurance renewals, and ensuring proper control over Vehicles Records. You will be required to prepare and track Monthly Fleet Budgets, execute monthly vehicles movement schedules, conduct pilot and drivers training, and maintain control over day-to-day vehicle movements. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Cell phone reimbursement, Health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be in the day shift with a yearly bonus offered based on performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Fleet management.
