Position Overview: Position: Flammability Engineer Location: Bengaluru Roles & Responsibilities: Creation of Flammability Test Plan and Test Report for Aircraft interiors monuments (bulkhead, galley, lavatory, bed, dining tables, etc.) and interiors Electronic Equipment (cooling unit, coffee maker, microwave, and convection ovens, Etc.). Creation of Fire Containment Analysis Report, Additive Manufacturing Report, Custom Material Reports and Oil Burn Test Report for Seats/Divan. Coupon Failure Analysis and solution making. Skill / Tools Knowledge Required: Good knowledge in AC 43.13B, AC 25-16, AC 25-17A, FAA 25.853 and Part 25, Appendix F CATIA V5, Model Analysis Good knowledge of Materials used in Private Jets and Passenger Aircraft Cabin Interior. Education: BE/B-TECH in Aeronautical/ Aerospace/ Mechanical Must Have: Well versed with FAA 25.853 Regulations. Aircraft Interior Experience.
