We are currently looking to hire individuals for the position of Inbound Technical Support Associate for the US Shift. This is an immediate opening with ample growth opportunities and attractive benefits. **Job Profile:** - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues. - Diagnosing technical problems and providing appropriate solutions to customers. - Recommending and selling technical support plans and relevant software. **Candidate Profile:** - Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in outbound tech support. - Ability to independently close customer calls. - Strong persuasion and sales skills. - Proficiency in dealing with blue screen errors and pop-up calls. - Experience in troubleshooting various technical issues such as computer, printer, broadband, router, email problems, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. **Salary and Shift Details:** - Salary Range: Rs. 15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) + Lucrative Incentives - Shift Timing: US Shift **Benefits and Facilities:** - Fixed monthly salary credited on the 1st of every month. - Generous incentives on a daily/monthly basis. - Immediate incentives for exceptional performance. - No shift timing extensions. - Comprehensive medical benefits. - Competitive salary package for the right candidate. - 6 working days per week. - 24 leaves in a year, comp offs, and birthday leaves.
