Fixed Income Dealer - Institutional Broking

As a Fixed Income Dealer at Arete Securities Ltd., formerly known as SPA Securities Ltd, located in Nariman Point, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in the Fixed Income Broking Team. Your responsibilities will involve executing end-to-end corporate bonds and money-market trades on behalf of clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing new relationships to generate new business. Additionally, you will liaise with clients to identify their requirements, provide guidance on available assets, communicate client requirements to the team, and stay updated with the latest market developments and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end corporate bonds and money-market trades for clients - Maintain and develop client relationships to generate new business - Identify client requirements, provide asset guidance, and drive deals to conclusion - Stay updated on market developments and regulatory requirements in the debt capital market Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field - Master's degree, CA, or CFA designation preferred At Arete Securities Ltd., you will have the opportunity to interact with fund managers across financial institutions such as Mutual Funds, Banks, Insurance Companies, and Corporate Treasuries. The role requires a fast-paced working environment, a strong understanding of Indian Debt Capital Markets, financial markets, and economics fundamentals. Excellent communication, multitasking abilities, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are essential. As a self-starter, you should be willing to take initiative and responsibility. Please note that the maximum experience required for this position is 3 years, with 5 years being preferred.
