FIX Engineer in Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities

·        Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.

·        Minimum of 8 years of related experience with FIX and SWIFT.

·        Strong knowledge of Broadridge Appia, Open-source QuickFIX and SWIFT Alliance Access products.

·        Good knowledge of FIX protocol and FIX order flow.

·        Good administrator knowledge of Linux and networking with good command over any scripting language such as Shell, Perl, Python, etc.

Talents Needed for Success:

·        Experience in handling Critical and Major production incidents.

·        Hands-on experience in support of a real-time trading environment

·        Good knowledge of solutions that support applications using high-performance messaging/middleware.

·        Understanding of FIX client and Exchange connectivity support.

·        Experience developing automated solutions in a distributed computing environment.

·        Strong ability to diagnose and fix problems with middleware FIX and SWIFT products.

·        Experience in cloud environments like AWS.

·        Strong ability to multitask.
