Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitter based in Ghaziabad. The Fitter will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations. They will assemble, install, and examine mechanical systems, adhering to safety protocols and company standards. Additional responsibilities include identifying issues with equipment performance, replacing defective components, and providing insight into potential equipment upgrades or process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical fittings such as assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems and equipment
• Knowledge in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and machine manuals
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used for mechanical fitting
• Ability to adhere to safety procedures and compliance standards during operation and repair
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks in an industrial setting
• Relevant technical certification/diploma or vocational training in mechanical or related fields
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or food industry is an advantage
