Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kota. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training. Additionally, the role involves overseeing sales management processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to develop and conduct Training sessions Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in the agricultural or FMCG industry is a plus
