Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our production and assembly team. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical fitting, assembly, alignment, and installation of components for our patented medical devices. The role involves hands-on mechanical work, including drilling, cutting, fitting, and routine fabrication tasks to support smooth production. Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical fitting and assembly of medical device components as per engineering drawings and SOPs. Carry out drilling, tapping, cutting, grinding, and other day-to-day mechanical tasks. Fit and align mechanical parts, brackets, tubing, fasteners, and assemblies. Assist in device assembly, sub-assembly preparation, and equipment integration. Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments (vernier calliper) to ensure precise fitting. Identify mechanical issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and support corrective actions. Ensure all assembly and fitting activities meet quality and safety standards.
