We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fitter and Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and welding metal parts according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. This role involves working with a variety of tools and equipment to fabricate components for construction, manufacturing, or repair. Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Measure and mark out materials to the correct size using precision tools. Fit and assemble metal components using hand and power tools. Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) to join metal parts. Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing of welds and components. Inspect and test welds for accuracy, quality, and durability. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all safety procedures and regulations during operations.
