Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and motivating Fitness Trainer to join our team. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting personalized fitness programs, guiding members through safe and effective exercise routines, and inspiring them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions through consultations and fitness assessments.
• Design customized workout plans based on individual needs, goals, and abilities.
• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and group fitness classes.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, form, and equipment usage to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor and track clients’ progress, making adjustments to programs as needed.
• Motivate, support, and educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
• Adhere to gym policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Fitness Training

Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken & written).

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Personality: Warm, approachable, energetic, and professional at all times.

Work Mode: On-site only – this role cannot be performed remotely.
