Fitness Trainer

We cater to a select clientele with services ranging from strength & conditioning, recovery, rehab-prehab, and performance training. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a professional approach, and the ability to deliver safe and effective workouts tailored to our members’ goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct personal training and small group training sessions. Design and implement training programs for strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall fitness. Assess and track client progress using fitness testing protocols. Educate and motivate clients to achieve their health and performance goals. Ensure correct technique, safety, and injury prevention during sessions. Collaborate with our recovery and sports science team for holistic client support. Requirements: Certification in Personal Training / Strength & Conditioning (ACE, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent). Minimum 2+ years of training experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness, sports science, and continuous learning. Experience working with premium clientele preferred.
