Fitness Trainer

As a Fitness Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting senior trainers in conducting fitness sessions and client assessments. You will be responsible for guiding clients through basic exercise routines, ensuring correct form, posture, and breathing techniques. Monitoring clients" performance, providing motivation, and creating customized workout plans under supervision are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized gym environment. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate in any discipline. A degree or diploma in fitness, physical education, or sports science is preferred. Certification in fitness training is required, or you should be willing to complete one within 3 months. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for fitness and a positive attitude. Your ability to motivate and engage with clients of all age groups will be crucial for success. In return, we offer on-the-job training and mentorship to help you grow in your role. There is also an opportunity to obtain certification if you are not already certified.
