Key Responsibilities:

• Client Conversion:

  Engage with walk-in leads and inbound inquiries to convert them into memberships.

• Lead Generation:

  Make outbound calls and follow-ups on leads from various sources (online, referrals, walk-ins).

• Consultation:

  Understand the customer’s fitness goals and recommend appropriate plans, packages, and programs.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• CRM Management:

  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.

• Team Coordination:

  Work with trainers and the front desk to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience for new members.

• Brand Representation:

  Act as the face of the fitness center, maintaining a positive and energetic presence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
• Prior experience in gym/fitness/wellness sales is a plus
