Role Overview

Fitness Sales & Client Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential MedFits clients
• Explain Medfits fitness, nutrition, rehab, and lifestyle programs clearly
• Convert inquiries into paid clients through consultative, trust-based sales
• Onboard clients to the MedFits app and guide them through the next steps
• Communicate confidently in

  English and Tamil

  (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups)
• Understand client goals, pain points, and fitness history before recommending plans
• Coordinate with trainers, dieticians, and operations teams
• Maintain proper lead, call, and onboarding records
• Ensure a professional and empathetic onboarding experience

Mandatory Requirements

• Background in the fitness industry

  (gym, personal training, fitness sales, wellness, rehab support, or health startups)
• Prior experience in

  sales, calling, client onboarding, or customer consulting

Strong understanding of:

• Fitness training basics
• Fat loss & muscle gain concepts
• Lifestyle and habit coaching
• Client psychology in fitness
• Excellent spoken communication in

  both English and Tamil

• Confidence in handling clients with different health and fitness needs

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Certification in fitness / personal training/sports science
• Experience working with fitness apps, gyms, or wellness platforms
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems
