Job Description

Your role includes, but is not limited to: MUST AND SHOULD KNOW FLUENT GUJRATHI Client Handling & Communication: Engaging with clients regularly via WhatsApp or calls, ensuring prompt follow-ups, addressing their queries, and motivating them through their fitness journey. Fitness & Diet Planning: Preparing personalized workout routines and diet plans aligned to each client’s goal, health conditions, and preferences. Progress Monitoring: Maintaining weekly check-in records, tracking client progress, making necessary modifications, and updating the Head Coach. Live Sessions: Conducting live fitness sessions (HIIT, strength, fat-loss, or flexibility sessions) as per schedule or client requirements. Client Experience & Support: Ensuring a high level of professionalism, availability, and empathy when interacting with clients, delivering results with consistent engagement. Client Acquisition & Retention: Encouraging client reviews, testimonials, and referrals to help expand our client base. Daily Reporting: Submitting end-of-day updates to the Head Coach with deliverables and client status. Work Schedule: The general work timing is from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., subject to change based on client demand. Flexibility is expected for early morning or late evening sessions. Important Note As a Nutrition and Fitness Consultant at our company your primary responsibility is to deliver visible results for each client through well-planned diet and exercise routines. This involves: Meticulous planning and follow-up Constant availability and responsiveness to client needs Adjusting strategies dynamically to help clients overcome plateaus Working with care, passion, and precision to deliver client satisfaction and measurable transformation
