Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via email, live chat, and other non-verbal channels.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the internal systems.
  • Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions within turnaround time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Adhere to quality standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company/client information.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records as required.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Good typing speed with accuracy (minimum 3040 WPM preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
