Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with customers from international locations.
  
• Provide effective and accurate information in response to customer inquiries.
  
• Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed service expectations.
  
• Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  
• Escalate issues to higher authorities when necessary, ensuring smooth workflow.
  
• Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including call scripts and quality standards.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification

  : Minimum High School Graduate (12th pass), undergraduates, and graduates can apply.

• Experience

  :
• Previous experience in an International Voice/Semi-Voice process is a plus.
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  

• Language Proficiency

• Excellent command over

  English

• Ability to converse fluently with international customers.
