About the Role

International Technical Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries via calls, chat, or email (process-dependent).
Provide
basic troubleshooting
for product or service-related issues (network, software, hardware, application, configuration, etc.).
Understand, comprehend, and diagnose customer concerns accurately.
Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions.
Escalate complex issues to senior/technical teams as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each customer interaction.
Meet performance metrics including quality, first-call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines, security protocols, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
in English (verbal and written).
Strong comprehension ability to understand technical issues and customer explanations.
Basic understanding of computers, networking concepts, or technical products.
Previous experience in
technical support
or customer service preferred (freshers with good technical aptitude can apply).
Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical mindset.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
Customer-centric approach with a calm and professional attitude.
