Position: Junior & Senior Fire & Life Safety Specialist

Overview / Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of NFPA Codes and Standards, International Building and Fire Codes IBC/IFC, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, Saudi Building Codes.
• Review architectural layouts and provide comments/markups to ensure compliance with code requirements.
• Provide fire zoning, occupant load and capacity of means of egress calculations, travel distance to exits and protection of vertical openings.
• Coordinate with Architecture and MEP disciplines for Fire and Life Safety systems.
• Prepare Fire and Life Safety submissions to Client and Civil Defense.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• An accredited bachelor’s degree in architecture, fire protection or related engineering field.
• 1-15 years of relevant Fire and Life Safety experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Revit and CAD software.
