FinTech Consultant

As a Senior Functional Consultant in the Finance Domain specializing in SAP FICO, Treasury, and Tax solutions, your role will involve leveraging your expertise to lead end-to-end implementations and support finance solutions. You will be responsible for bridging business requirements with technology, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for implementing solutions across SAP FICO, Treasury, Murex, Aladdin, and Tax platforms. - Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders to understand and document finance process needs. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery. - Configure, integrate, and test SAP FICO / Treasury / Tax modules. - Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation during project cutovers. - Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for go-live. - Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements. - Develop and deliver training materials, SOPs, and end-user training sessions. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: CA / ICWA / M.Com / B.Com. - Experience: 7+ years in SAP FICO / Finance solution implementation and support. - Strong understanding of finance processes: financial closing, consolidation, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting. - Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, integration, and deployment. - Exposure to Treasury platforms (Murex, Aladdin) is a strong plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Willingness to learn and implement emerging non-SAP finance modules.
