Job Description

Ever imagined designing interfaces that power a team of AI agents instead of humans?

Our client is re-architecting the finance stack for scaling companies — replacing manual spreadsheets and dashboards with intelligent, interactive systems that visualize and explain AI-driven financial decisions in real time.

As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders and early engineering team to:

• Build beautiful, high-performance UIs using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Create responsive, production-grade components optimized for speed and clarity
• Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs, data layers, and reasoning agents
• Collaborate on design and product direction using Figma and Linear/Jira
• Help establish design systems, coding standards, and frontend architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4 + years of React experience in production
• Strong with React Hooks, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Skilled in Figma, Linear/Jira, and Git-based workflows
• Previous FAANG/MANGO or startup experience preferred (unless exceptional)
• Able to pass rigorous frontend technical rounds
• Can join within 30–45 days and work EST hours
