Job Description

As a Founding Backend Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and scaling the backend infrastructure that powers these intelligent systems. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team to:

• Design and build API layers and workflow orchestration for AI-driven automation
• Architect fault-tolerant, data-driven microservices connecting complex financial stacks
• Work on reasoning agents, AI pipelines, and real-time decision systems
• Shape early technical architecture and culture across the engineering team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (top engineering institute preferred)
• 4–8 years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong in Python (FastAPI / Flask) and API design
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP), and scalable data pipelines
• Builder/founder mindset — ideally early-stage startup or founding-team experience
• Bonus: exposure to FinTech, ERP/accounting systems, or AI infrastructure
