Role Overview

FinTech Consultant (Senior Functional Consultant Finance Domain)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a

  Finance SME

  for implementation of solutions across

  SAP FICO, Treasury, Murex, Aladdin, and Taxation platforms

  .
• Lead

  requirement gathering workshops

  with business stakeholders to understand finance process needs.
• Translate business requirements into

  detailed functional specifications

  .
• Configure, integrate, and test SAP FICO / Treasury / Tax solutions.
• Support

  data migration, validation, and reconciliation

  during cutover.
• Lead

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  and ensure business readiness for go-live.
• Create and deliver

  training, SOPs, and process documentation

  for end users.
• Provide

  post-go-live support

  , troubleshoot system/finance process issues, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support

  custom developments and integrations

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background:

  Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, M.Com, or B.Com.

• Experience:

  7+ years overall with minimum 6+ years in

  SAP FICO / Finance domain solutions

  (implementation & support).
• Strong understanding of

  finance processes

  Financial Closing, Consolidation, Taxation, Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Hands-on experience in

  SAP configuration, integration, and deployment

  .
• Knowledge of

  Treasury systems (Murex, Aladdin)

  preferred.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving

  skills to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent

  communication, stakeholder management, and documentation

  skills.
