Job Profile: Financial Solution Deployment Executive (ERP Sales and Service)

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management ? Maintain and update society accounting records, including expenses, income, and budgets. ? Generate and deliver monthly financial statements to society management. ? Oversee the reconciliation of bank accounts and payment gateways.
2. Client Interaction ? Actasapoint of contact for society management committees regarding financial matters. ? Address and resolve queries related to accounts and transactions promptly.
3. Payment Processing ? Ensure timely collection and disbursement of funds, including maintenance fees and vendor payments. ? Oversee payment schedules and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
4. Reporting and Compliance ? Ensure compliance with local accounting and financial regulations. ? Prepare audit-ready documentation for societies as required.
5. Collaboration and Support ? Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including operations and support, to deliver a seamless experience for clients. ? Assist in onboarding new societies to the platform by setting up financial processes.
Qualifications & Skills
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? Experience:
? 2+years in an accounting or financial management role.
? Experience in society or community management accounting is a plus.
? Technical Skills: ? Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. ? Familiarity with online payment platforms and ERP systems.
? SoftSkills: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
