**Role Overview:** As a member of the team at FIS, the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact for high-value customers of financial institutions. You will work collaboratively with internal and external clients and various departments to address inquiries, perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts, and ensure service expectations are met. Your role will involve completing banking transactions, identifying opportunities to market bank products, and providing referrals for additional services.
