Financial Services Account Associate II (Mutual Fund and Transfer Agency)

The Transfer Agency division at FIS handles Transaction Operations, Processing, and related functions of mutual funds for various clients. We provide services through channels like Transaction processing, Chat, etc., which may involve tasks such as Accounts set up, Shareholder data maintenance, and overall record keeping. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include verifying and inputting customer requests accurately, performing quality control checks, drafting correspondence to customers, adhering to policies and procedures, and meeting quality standards. You will also identify opportunities to streamline processes for better efficiency and productivity, provide guidance to peers, and deliver excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Mutual fund and transfer agency processes or Finance, be willing to work night shifts (5 days a week), possess strong communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
