Financial Services Account Associate II-1

As a telephonic concierge for high-value customers of financial institutions, your role involves providing excellent customer service and being the primary point of contact. You will address inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts. Working with internal and external clients and various departments, you will resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries. It will be your responsibility to follow up on escalated or referred service tickets and inquiries. Additionally, you will interface with clients to understand their present and future needs, ensuring service expectations are met and establishing rapport with each caller. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service as a telephonic concierge for high-value customers - Address inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts - Collaborate with internal and external clients and departments to resolve issues and respond to inquiries - Follow up on escalated or referred service tickets and inquiries - Interface with clients to understand their needs and discuss progress toward solutions - Complete banking transactions and identify opportunities to market bank products - Maintain knowledge of products and services, informing customers about financial offerings - Provide referrals for new and additional services - Participate in client loyalty process, encourage timely responses to surveys, and develop action plans to address concerns - Participate in business reviews to understand clients" strategic direction and products/services offerings - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Commerce/Business - Previous experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow established procedures and receive detailed instruction on new work FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information processed to provide services to clients.
