Financial Reporting & MIS

As a member of the CFO Office team, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities in the areas of Financial Reporting, Compliance, Budgeting, Performance Analysis, Automation, and Supporting Functions. Here is a breakdown of your key duties: - **Finalization of Accounts and Financial Reporting:** - Prepare and review monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards. - Coordinate timely closure of books of accounts (monthly, quarterly, annual). - Review audit reports and ensure compliance with industry best practices. - Maintain strong knowledge and application of IND AS standards. - Conduct intercompany reconciliations and prepare Overall Analytical Reviews. - Participate in the preparation of the company's Annual Report. - Expert in drafting SOPs, accounting memos, and process notes. - **Compliance and Governance:** - Ensure compliance with IND AS, Companies Act 2013, and other statutory requirements. - Coordinate with auditors for timely audit completion. - Review and enhance Segregation of Duties for finance functions. - Maintain documentation of all financial processes and procedures. - **MIS, Budgeting, and Performance Analysis:** - Manage expense reviews and analyze cost vs. benefit of major expense spends. - Participate in budgeting exercises and Estimated Vs Actual analysis. - Present MIS and analytics to the parent company. - Participate in board deck preparation. - **Automation and Process Improvement:** - Drive automation initiatives using tools like Power BI, FCCS, and Hyperion. - Implement process controls and suggest improvements. - Participate in technology-driven solutions for reporting and financial management. - **Supporting Functions:** - Provide support to Treasury, Direct Tax, and Indirect Tax functions. - Assist group companies with financial closure and other activities as needed. This role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting standards, compliance regulations, budgeting, and the ability to drive process improvements through automation.
