As a member of the Investment Structuring/Business Services team (ISBS) in the IT Services & Consulting industry, you will be responsible for providing support to the Private Equity Europe, Private Equity Technology, and Real Estate lines of business. Your role will involve various key responsibilities including: - **Treasury**: - Opening bank accounts, setting up online banking, and providing administrative support. - Handling bank KYC and tax compliance requests. - Conducting bank reconciliations for multiple accounts. - Reviewing bank balances monthly and analyzing liquidity for upcoming months, especially critical for Real Estate where regular distributions occur. - **Investment Structuring**: - Preparing instructions for incorporating entities based on structuring documents. - Drafting loan documents. - Assisting in admin preparation of new and closing investments, including compiling necessary documents for regulators. - Managing deal databases, logs, files, and marketing library. - Maintaining records of investor ownership and addressing queries on current ownership. - Reconciling external portal data with internal investment summary monthly and updating memos as needed. - **Finance**: - Collaborating with the accounting team to reclassify and recharge operating expenses as directed by the ISBS team. - Reconciling outstanding receivable balances between ISBS and accounting teams monthly. - Performing ad hoc data entry tasks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree. - 1-2 years of relevant experience in the finance industry. - ACCA Affiliation is a plus. - Excellent written communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong teamwork, flexibility, proactiveness, and a willingness to learn are essential attributes for this role.
