FINANCIAL PLANNING & STRATEGY

Role Overview: As a Financial Planning & Strategy Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to drive strategic financial planning, develop impactful financial presentations, and provide accurate projections. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the financial strategies are in line with business objectives, aiding decision-making processes, and nurturing strong investor relations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive financial plans and long-term forecasts aligned with the company's strategic objectives. - Analyze business performance and suggest strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. - Create and deliver financial pitches and presentations for investors, highlighting the company's growth potential and performance. - Assist in investor relations by preparing materials, addressing inquiries, and ensuring transparent communication. - Engage in strategic discussions for funding and partnerships alongside senior management. - Provide regular updates to shareholders on strategic and financial matters. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred). - Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy (preferably 3+ years). - Proficiency in developing financial models, forecasts, and presentations. - Strong knowledge of financial software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and investors. - Experience in investor relations or preparing fundraising materials is advantageous. - Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on achieving results.,
