Role : Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for multiple small to medium-sized businesses.

Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reports that provide actionable insights.

Perform cash flow forecasting to ensure accurate liquidity management and capital allocation.

Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvement areas.

Collaborate with client management teams to develop strategic financial plans aligned with business goals.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Provide operational analysis and recommendations that drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.

Support client CFOs in preparing for financial discussions and decision-making sessions with data-backed analysis.

Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
