Job Description

Intertrust Group is looking for Financial Planning and Analysis Partner to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes. Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and historical trends to identify areas of opportunity or concern. Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, variance explanations, and recommendations to senior management and department heads. Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making processes. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and other financial planning activities. Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects to support various business initiatives and strategic priorities. Continuously improve financial reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Partner with accounting and other departments to ensure alignment between financial reporting and operational activities. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide context and insights into financial performance. Support the FP&A team in driving process improvements, standardization, and best practices across the organization.
