Job Description

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist at Accenture, you will lead a team to determine financial outcomes through planning, forecasting, analyzing operational data, and reconciling transactions. You will prepare management reports for different regions, countries, products, and service types. Your responsibilities include supporting Annual Operating Plan, managing reporting data, and providing expertise to team members. Additionally, you will handle financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and preparation of P&L reports. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team to provide financial planning, forecasting, and analysis - Prepare standard & ad hoc management reports - Support Annual Operating Plan & regular forecast exercises - Manage reporting data and provide professional expertise - Analyze variance, forecast accuracy, SG&A expenses, and Working Capital & Cost of Sales reports Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience with Financial and Management applications - Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems - Strong collaboration skills with Engagement Partners - Understanding of strategic business insights and operational context - Capability to align information delivery approaches with business priorities Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.,
