Job Description

Job Title: Portfolio & Client Reporting Investment Management

Location:

investment reports

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver
portfolio & client reports
across multiple formats (Excel, PDF, PPT, Word).
Handle
client queries and data requests
from stakeholders including investment & sales teams.
Track deliverables and ensure
zero errors
through strict maker-checker controls.
Coordinate with global teams and IT for
data requirements & report enhancements
.
Maintain task lists and ensure reporting deadlines are met without lapses.

Skills & Requirements

Strong MS Office — Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.).
SQL & Macros knowledge is an
added advantage
.
Good understanding of
financial products, cash flows & performance metrics
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
.
Strong
ownership, accountability & stakeholder management
.
