Job Description: We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Financial Management Tutor to conduct offline sessions for school students (age 10–15 years) in Delhi . The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching practical money skills to young learners, with the ability to simplify financial concepts and foster smart money habits early in life. Responsibilities: Conduct interactive and age-appropriate classes introducing students to financial literacy and money management . Teach essential concepts such as income, expenses, savings, investment , and smart spending habits . Guide students in creating and managing personal budgets through hands-on activities and simulations. Explain the value of goal setting, delayed gratification, and financial planning in everyday life. Use real-life examples, stories, and fun activities to make financial topics relatable and practical. Encourage responsible financial behavior and awareness Assist students in developing critical thinking around financial choices and habits. Requirements: Master’s degree (mandatory) in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial education, teaching, or training in money management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify financial concepts for young learners. Experience teaching or working with school students in offline classroom settings. Comfortable conducting in-person sessions across school students in Delhi . Passion for youth financial literacy, practical education, and life skill development.
