Role Overview: As a Financial Crime Compliance Trainer at NIYEAHMA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AML/CFT training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats. Your role will involve breaking down regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and relatable guidance. You will use creative teaching methods, real-world examples, and interactive discussions to keep learners engaged. Additionally, you will develop training materials, adapt content for different audiences, conduct knowledge checks, gather feedback, and stay updated on global and local AML/CFT regulatory developments. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality AML/CFT training sessions in virtual and in-person formats. - Break down regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and relatable guidance. - Use creative teaching methods, real-world examples, and interactive discussions. - Develop training materials including slides, exercises, case studies, and assessments. - Adapt content for different audiences such as DNFBPs, financial institutions, senior management, and frontline staff. - Conduct knowledge checks, gather feedback, and continuously enhance training programmes. - Stay updated on global and local AML/CFT regulatory developments to ensure content remains current and relevant. Key Requirements: - Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience is essential. - Strong understanding of AML/CFT concepts, laws, regulations, and industry expectations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to engage diverse groups through storytelling, activities, and interactive techniques. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training schedules. - Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
