Your profile

Practice controlling & reporting (Actual, Forecast, Budget, Restatement)
Management of P&L lines, ensuring structural & transaction accuracy by coordinating with different teams

Your role

Provide accurate & timely reporting and analysis to the BU management team and to the Group: co-ordination, control, compliance check with TransFORM for the inputs from BUs
Supporting the BU reporting teams in any question regarding P&L performance & analysis
Provide inputs for business reviews and support the BU CFO with ad hoc analysis as needed
Support initiatives driven by the Group or the BU management (e.g. implementation of new tools, specific analysis, etc.)
Launch Dashboard and Scorecard initiatives.
Finance qualification with sound and relevant experience in reporting and controlling. Knowing HFM.
Several years of professional experience within Capgemini or in an international company preferably coming from IT consulting industry (project business)
Good knowledge of TransFORM
Fluent in English both written and spoken
