MIS & Reporting

Monthly Closing

Financial Planning and Budgeting

• Support Site controller in creation of Annual Business Plans and LE through Operations functions.
• Support budgeting and analysis of actual cost of operations/product including Variance analysis between Standard and Actual cost.
• Support to analyze actual capex spend against budget.

MIS & Reporting

Analysis of the variances/trends with underlying business contributors for monthly Scorecard

Prepare and consolidate weekly report and circulate.

Draw monthly comparison of actual cost variance against standard.

Draw Gelatin cost variance analysis.

Draw Power cost variance analysis.

Monthly Closing

Inventory valuation and provisioning.

Material consumption reconciliation (Value & Quantity).

Finalize Purchase Register.

Finalize CWIP movement and reconciliation.

Responsible for Inventory count as per defined frequency.

Material consumption accounting.

Analysis the difference between SAP and manual working on product cost.
