As a Finance Controller with over 15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial operations for MAIA's Residential and Commercial portfolios. Your responsibilities will include managing financial and accounting operations, ensuring internal control and compliance, debt fund management, data management and reporting systems, team management, tax compliance, financial planning and monitoring, management reporting, auditor relations, and understanding real estate structures and financial instruments. To excel in this leadership role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a background in Real Estate and a proven track record of managing complex financial systems, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial decisions.
