Financial Accounting

• Plan, oversee and signoff finalization of accounts
• Respond to the auditor queries and resolve management and auditor disagreements

Controls and Compliance

• Facilitate the development and monitor implementation of standardized financial policies and processes
• Design systems and processes to ensure efficiency in tax planning.
• Review consolidation of direct and indirect taxes to ensure compliance with tax authority regulations and laws to avoid penalties.

Annual Budgeting

• Responsible to prepare Budgeting guidelines for the respective Financial Year.
• Distribute the approved guidelines to all Stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS report and present to the management.
• Capex Budget Consolidation.

Team Development

• Provide coaching, support and leadership to the team and ensure adequate skills and competencies are developed in them in order to have a high skill team of professionals who can provide the required support to the organization
