Factory Finance Controller EJAG Foods Pvt. Ltd. Location Kheda, Nadiad & Aslali Experience Minimum 3 Years CTC : 10 to 13 LPA Role Purpose To oversee and control all financial activities of the factory, ensuring strong cost management, accurate budgeting, and effective financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage and control the factorys financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting functions. Implement effective cost control strategies to maximize factory profitability. Monitor daily factory expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Handle cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements. Coordinate with production, procurement, and other departments for financial planning. Support the management team in strategic decision-making with financial insights. Oversee vendor payments, receivables, and cash flow operations. Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditures. Lead financial audits and implement internal control systems. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Strong financial planning and factory control expertise. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in Gujarati is essential. Education & Experience Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. Professional qualification (e.g., CA / CMA / MBA Finance) preferred.
