Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller in this company, you will play a crucial role in leading the finance function. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Overseeing month-end and year-end close processes as per statutory and management requirements. - Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports and handling direct and indirect tax compliances. - Implementing internal controls and financial policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies for timely compliance. - Analyzing financial performance and providing insights to the leadership team. - Managing cash flow planning, working capital, and fund utilization effectively. - Supporting strategic planning with financial models, scenario analysis, and risk assessments. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. - Background in a Big 4 firm with exposure to financial due diligence. - Strong understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and regulatory frameworks. - Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and accounting software.,
