Financial Controller

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, audit, and reporting of financials and other statutory reports for the Business Unit (BU) in adherence to applicable Accounting Standards.
• Manage tax compliances and returns for all group entities.
• Provide adhoc financial data support to BUs.
• Align with business objectives and interact with BUs on matters concerning financial statements.
• Oversee timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
• Ensure timely filing of XBRL and other statutory submissions in line with accounting policies.
• Prepare audit schedules in accordance with statutory liabilities and formats required by auditors/BUs, and ensure closure of audit queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements, including due diligence.
• Liaise regularly with tax consultants on tax compliances, advisory, representation, and litigation matters.
• Provide support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new projects, including automation/robotics initiatives.

Educational Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preference

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
