Financial Business Analyst

As a skilled professional in the field of Complex Issue Resolution, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving highly complex issues escalated by the Quote-to-Order (Q2O) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) teams. Your duties will involve addressing various challenges such as order processing errors, invoicing discrepancies, and system integration issues with a focus on providing effective solutions. You will be expected to conduct deep analysis and troubleshooting of the identified issues, aiming to pinpoint their root causes and develop strategies to resolve them efficiently. Additionally, collaboration with the Q2O and O2C teams is crucial in this role, as you will be required to share knowledge, provide guidance, and work closely with Global Process Owners, functional experts, and development teams to address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies within Oracle Health systems. Continuous process improvement is a key aspect of this position, where you will need to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and optimizing systems.
