Financial Applications Support Analyst

Role Overview: Your workdays at Workday are brighter as a financials expert in the Workdays Financials and Spend domains. You will be supporting customers with a broad range of high-demand financial products, ensuring they meet their everyday requirements and providing them with the Workday Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Handle a queue of financial support cases, prioritizing based on severity and customer impact - Work on exciting problems, motivate change, and implement solutions - Build solid relationships with customers - Collaborate with Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and Development for solutions - Maintain knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes - Participate in rostered shifts for 24/7 Global Support Qualification Required: Basic Qualifications: - 3 years of experience with SaaS Financial Enterprise software in a support, implementation, or consulting environment - Confident communicator with varying technical abilities - Basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming languages - Ability to read and analyze log files and SQL syntax - Basic experience with API client tools Other Qualifications: - Strong familiarity with financial terminology and business processes - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Experience in building documentation and web service integrations - Previous experience with log analysis and health monitoring tools - Previous experience with SQL queries Additional Details about the Company: Workday values flexibility in work arrangements, combining in-person and remote work to deepen connections and maintain a strong community.
